EDUCATION
Since our family began farming in the area in 2000, we have supported the Emarti Primary and Secondary School and the Ol Meoshi School.
The projects we raise funding for are priority areas decided by the Emarti Development Committee, making sure parents, teachers and the local County Development Fund authority are in agreement.
SCHOOL LUNCHES PROGRAM
Providing lunches for the children in order for them to grow and learn.
ORPHANS PROGRAM
We offer the opportunity to support the education of an orphan for a year at any of the Emarti Schools.
SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE
The Emarti Primary School dining room has not yet been completed and there is need to improve the kitchens, the science lab and the classrooms. The boarding houses also need beds and bedding, many children share beds.
EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT
An effective early childhood development program can provide a foundation for long-term physical and mental health.
RAISING ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
Building awareness and understanding within the community of the importance of protecting the environment is essential to the success of our conservation efforts. The future of the wildlife in this area lies in the hands of the children of Emarti. We aim to teach them about wildlife conservation and inspire them to become passionate about the protecting the incredible wildlife on their doorstep.
